  Mark Craemer has more than 25 years’ experience managing groups and projects in corporate, small business and non-profit environments. He has an especially strong balance of theoretical knowledge and practical experience for effective leadership coaching and organization development programs. Before becoming a coach and consultant, Mark was instrumental in launching and promoting products and services at several Seattle-based software and internet companies, including Aldus Corporation, Concur Technologies and Click2Learn. Consulting clients include University of Washington, King County Library System, Social Venture Partners, Family Law CASA, Springwire, Seattle NPower, Boyer Children’s Clinic, Seattle Children’s Home and others.
